Scotland, September 2014. Rest and Packing for the Journey North.

Another resting day today and packing down ready for an early get away to the far North West to Lochinver tomorrow.  The forecast is for rain here tomorrow but better further north and west, so fingers crossed.  We did enjoy another local walk, though, this time for ancient birch woodland with juniper understory and open heather moorland with views of Glen Dee.
