Heather and I parked behind Cleethorpes Station and then wandered along the front to meet Beth and Alejandro who had been to pick up Yvonne and Jet. The weather was cold at only 5C but clear and sunny. The tide was out and the local bird life was spread over the expansive exposed beach. Although, distant I managed to pick out 24 species, the highlights being grey plover and bar-tailed godwit. As we made our way back we were able to enjoy watching the Grimsby Morris Team on their Boxing Day Tour.
